Curb Appeal
Start with the exterior of your home, or your curb appeal. Examine the outside of your house from the view of a passerby. What jumps out at you? What would've-been-eye-catching features seem waiting to be noticed?
Knowing this helps us to choose what actions we can take to entice buyers from the street and into your house. If your home's exterior isn't up to par with refreshed paint and bright greenery we'll need to address those issues. Refer to the Curb Appeal Checklist and raise your home's final selling price.

Welcome Home
Does your place seem to say, "Welcome Home" to a buyer? Looking through your property from a buyer's view, I'll recommend adjustments that improve Open House appeal.
I'll help you take away anything that gives the look of clutter. Counter tops should be cleared off. Brick-a-brack, souvenirs, family photos, and kids' artwork should get moved out of sight. We'll de-clutter your house. Ugly or cluttered spaces make your home look unkempt and buyers have a more difficult time imagining themselves calling your place home.
I know instantly what a room's best characteristics are and how to highlight them. I'll point out the pieces of furniture that should be removed, rooms that need a fresh coat of paint, rugs needing to be changed, fixtures that could use brightening, and any other improvement that can quickly be made to positively impact the sale.
Buyers like to see a house that draws them in with charm. Everything that could be unsightly should get moved out so that your house will have have general appeal at the open house.

We'll enhance the mood of the house with enjoyable music to listen to while guests tour your home and assure a delightful scent circulates room-to-room. We'll add cozy-looking throws, and throw pillows on your couch and bedding. Buyers should feel like your current house has the potential to be. |
